GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR BARBECUE
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
Weber Grill Academy
Ever since the first Grill Academy opened in 2003,
More than 100 Grill Academy locations in 20 countries worldwide.
We learn all of our guests how to use the barbecue correctly and how to get the most out of the one they might have at home.
What is direct and indirect grilling? You will know after attending a Grill Academy course among a lot of other techniques.
At our locations you can attend different grill courses – with different themes and level of difficulty. It can be about specific food themes – like American Barbecue, fish or baking – or certain techniques such as low & slow cooking or smoking on the barbecue.
There are common techniques and dishes taught in all locations, but regional flavours are celebrated too. So no matter if you are into big chunks of meat, fish or desserts, there is always something for your taste in our courses.
A course at the Grill Academy is not only about that one event.
It’s about getting lots of inspiration and knowledge, so the experience continues when you head home to your own barbecue.
A grill course is of course about grilling, but most important it is about having fun!
So bring your friends, family or colleagues for a lesson in the real Weber world - a world that mixes just the right recipe of learning and laughs
You get to try the techniques and our Weber grills and accessories, of course, with guidance from our experienced grill chefs.
On a course you can get the one-on-one attention of the chefs and instructors, who pass on their knowledge, but also are willing to share their cooking skills – such as teaching how to choose the best ingredients or how to plan menus.
So feel free to ask away all of your questions, when you have access to 'your own' grill chef.
The journey doesn't stop at your first essential course... at Weber Grill Academy we offer three levels of grill courses and common for all of them is that, they are hands-on.
So even if you just got your first barbecue, are highly experienced or not even own a barbecue, you are more than welcome and there is always something to learn.
We recommend to join the Discover Grilling course first at level 1, to get the basic knowledge, and move on to our courses on level 2 - American Classics or Backyard Heroes, to develop your barbecue 'database'. But just because you joined a level 2 course, it doesn't mean you cannot go back to level 1 - our grill chefs will always offer a lot of knowledge and fun on all levels.
The next level 3 course is of course the Advanced Course where you take your grilling skills to the ultimate level.
